Surprise of the day today was a late afternoon phone call from fellow square dash sufferer Alex, ensconced at Bridges Breakers at getting involved with a spares 924. Whilst he was the, he kindly liberated and then delivered to me a set of Porsche logo door cards which will find there way onto my 84 944.

Not only that, but he would not take any payment! Top guy and this is what makes this club so good.

Jon

I believe we're even now, as Jon gave my car a drink of ATF for the power steering, diagnosed a PAS pump issue, and delivered an intake pipe for the 924 during the week.

BTW Jon, did you notice that those door cards do not have speaker holes? It must have been a really early car.

Thanks for the heads up Pete, but mechanically, both mine and Jon's 944's are sound. Even my 924 is mechanically reasonable, just needs a major service.
