I'm looking forward to seeing her on Tuesday.

I've just signed up a guy called Simon (968) he's hoping to pop along as well.

Hah - you don't need to tell me
The thing is, it doesn't seem to like being driven in any other way - I've tried (well, not all that hard & not for very long!)

Fortunately, the last crop of stones from your direction all missed - you'll have to try harder 8)

Looks like we have a run sorted then

How have you found the change from 4wd and psm to 2wd with none? Does it fell a lot more powerful?

Definately got to get that thing over to the ring in the spring

That's a lovely Honda and V.W. you have there. The Porsche in the pictures is quite nice too.

(I think we're all jealous, mate.) :tongue9:

The power delivery is interesting - it pulls very strongly from 2.5K up to 6K, which is where I would normally change up, but it goes totally mental up to the 8.2K redline if you keep your foot down. The box is lovely - very positive changes and not too notchy even from cold. I had them change the gearbox oil before delivery so that may have helped. LSD makes it's presence known in no uncertain terms in low speed corners & when manoeuvring - sounds like the 'box is about to fall out

As to the 4WD / PSM vs 2WD and no PSM, I can't really say I've noticed that much of a difference, but it has been dry so far

The biggest differences are how much steering feedback there is, the brakes(!) and the LSD. Negatives are that there's currently too much understeer and I find myself applying power oversteer to compensate - this is something that needs a trip to JZ Machtech to get them to sort the geometry out ASAP.

If you ask very nicely, I'll let you have a drive - be warned, you won't feel the same about yours afterwards :)

I can't claim the Honda, but the Corrado is mine.

Thanks for all the compliments guys - I can also feel the waves of jealousy from here

A very generous offer, could be dangerous for both of us

Didn't think you'd notice too much in the lack of PSM with my experience without it, just interested to see what you reckoned.

Sounds like a beast, and yes I am very slightly jealous!
