Hi All As winter sets in I am finding it difficult to open the door on my 997 due to the frost not allowing the window to crack open correctly. Once I've got the door open I then have the same issue trying to close the door properly. The car has to be kept on the drive. I have had this issue before with a boxster, does anyone know of a way to get around this frozen morning routine? Thanks |

I've just read of someone with this problem on facebook. Apparently you need to coat the strip that rests against the glass on the door with a silicon spray or a product called gummi pflege which is a rubber care. |

Trim detailer on the inside of the rubber trim will stop it freezing to the glass. |
