I have just purchased a 911 from the US and have SVA'd it in the UK and now wish to take the car to France to register and run it there. I have been told I need a Certificate of Conformaty which contains info like 'Mass in service' , 'Power\ Weight raatio' and 'Type approval number' These are normally in the UK registation document but are ommitted from mine with it being imported and SVA'd. Can anyone help with a copy of a Certificate of Conformity or information of how to obtain one. |

I seem to remember that Porsche will do it for you themselves... for a charge.. garyw |

Why did you have it go through an SVA? |

Siggy wrote: Why did you have it go through an SVA? Because it's a non-Euro import. No difference to it being Jap or whatever. You'll have to get the details from Porsche GB I believe. Might be worth trying your local OPC. |
