Morning Gentlemen,

I've never posted on the 911 side of this site before so be gentle.

I need some advice - in short i need a rough estimate of what its worth as the cash is going to my mother and i don't want her being ripped off.

My father passed away recently leaving behind his 996 C4, the car is spotless and gorgeous looking but i can't bare to keep it, or see it around.

Decision was made to sell him, and i was recommended to try brooklands actions

Now they seem to know their stuff, but want to put as reserve on it for around 12k, now i know you can get 996's cheap on eBay these days, but this one seems to good to sell that cheap, but at the same time i want some realising advice on what i should accept to let it go for.

Thanks in advance

Info -
73k miles, full service history, major service 100 miles ago
factory fitted aero kit
grey full leather interior with what i think is the aluminium pack
no damage, scuffs, rust, scratches, interior like new

Sorry edited to say sorry to hear of your loss.
To be honest I'd talk to Paragon, Ray Northway & Virgins911 & see if they'd give a decent price for it. Not sure I'd want an auction as it is a limited market.

Sorry for your loss.

Jim's advice above is the best you'll get. I'd be speaking to the people he's mentioned if it were me.

Under the bonnet there is white sticker with the option codes, listing them to someone will help with the valuation as the spoiler looks original and was a very good option. Car looks and sounds ( from your brief description ) like it's a great one, your dad clearly had taste.

I reckon that could be worth £15,000 if you were patient.
