They are both a fair treck from me now. I still go to TV but aiming to visit SC aswell sometimes.

Bought a rundown cottage in Westcott, Bucks that seems to be taking most of my time at the moment so not out as much as I'd like either.

Chris

Did you get the email I sent you?

Are guys in Slough you are going to see RSJ, if so I think they were in the article in this months 911 world. They have been buying and selling Porsches for sometime now and I have not seen any bad reports on them, Just veiw with an open mind. You have owned Porsches long enough to get the feel for whats right and as ytou said the C4S you tested had not been look after on the inside so you no doubt would thing hte same for the rest of the car, ie srevicing etc. I affraid not everyone is as anal as Clive and myself.

Good luck with the hunting, I sure you will find a good car, just be patient and dont put the christmas deadline on it.

Regards

Mark

Dont forget that after having a 996 TT you felt the need to upgrade to a 993. SO Chris, why not cut out the middle stage???

Hi Mark

Just got in from a very long drive to see the car I ended up with. Did a deal and will post some piccies shortly. Just don't want to jinx it yet so will wait until tomorrow or the next day before posting. Car is brilliant and, as long as nothing goes wrong with the 111 point inspection, I'll have 'er next Thursday or Friday. Fingers crossed!

Patient? ME?? You must be kidding! :)

Cheers
Chris

P.S. I didn't get an Email from you?

OK OK I give up - looks like the deal will go through, so here goes... Pics taken by the dealer. I'll take some close-ups once I have the beast in my grubby paws!

Upholstery colour might not be everyone's fancy but Cindy and I loved it the minute we saw it and, combined with the fact that the car is in fabulous condition and drives like a new car.... SOLD! :)

Cheers
Chris
