would think it will cost me £4,500 for all the engine work and will be building it myself. So a pretty cheap 911 at the end of the day.

Hiya Alasdair, can I be cheeky and ask what you paid for the car? I have thought about going down the "engine problem/quick sale" route myself and would like to get a rough idea? Also what year, spec and mileage is it. Thanks.

It is a 1999 Carrera 4. Car cost £3500 as is. Engine will be about £5000 to fix bt that will be a nearly new engine with the Hartech sleeve mod and new IMS bearing.
