996 1999 very wet behind driver seat...now hopefully drying is this sun shine ...any ideas ? sun roof drains ?
all the other foot wells are fine. A bit concerned at how easy it drains into the chassis/rear bulkhaed ...no sign of repair or crash damage....just a very wet carpet/underlay.

On a 944 I'd suggest sunroof drains, they get clagged up over time. The best way I've found to clean them is some flexible wire used for car wiring, around the 14A mark & thread it from the top with the sunroof out. Don't ram it in if you push the pipe off it'll be headling grief to get at it.
Once I've done it I trickle water from a jug into the sunroof valley to check it flows away.

Is the headlining damp also? If so, check the seal around the antenna and the roof.
