decat or sports cat for crackle on overrun ?

as title guys, hoping for some advice, im after more crackle and pop on the overrun, and basically want to know if decatting would give me this, or would i be better with either 200 or 100 cell sports cats, or should i be looking more at manifold replacements, thanks in advance guys
