i recntly bought a pair ov 4 pot rears for the flash (£120) to replace the standard twins. Anyway after 7 hours of work! jhon at u11 has draged 4 workin calipers from very little. All 4 where corroded badly, every seal shot, ect, ect. So in the future i will need a full set of calipers for the old pork! Any ideas? But how good r my brakes now? ![]() ![]() Wow. miles of brakin power, so grabby. Part refurb+race pads and fluid=STOP! |

just keep your eyes open on ebay - or send your full set in for a full refurb with someone like bigg red... have you changed the regulator to the 55bar from the 45? |

Maybe go for a variable bias valve and play with the settings to get something that works for you |

Not changed the bias valve, the mech said to try it and c. The difference in stopin is massive, now my car stops like it goes. Only thing is how long the calipers will last b4 corrosion sets in again and causes problems ![]() |

The only reason I ask is that if the rears are smaller or have smaller damping force then te need for a bias valve reduces. Maybe the stock one will be fine. I fitted brembo GTPL's to my car and Brembo said that I didnt need any bias valve at all. On my first outing I locked up the rears. So I fitted a 964 RS valve and they ahve been great ever since! |
