Hello,

I had to replace the two on my 3.2! I hunted high and low for cheaper prices then £250 but everyone seemed to supply them about that price.

http://www.type-911.co.uk £240+vat
http://www.porscheshop.co.uk £278+vat

I ended up getting them supplied from http://www.911classic.co.uk £225+vat and he fitted them at a very reasonable cost (could not be bothered to climb under the car at the time).

After I had them done I was told that the cheapest solution was to get them made by a place that does hydraulic and high pressure hoses but I have not investigated that option yet. I have heard of similar places charging £50 to £100 to make up similar pipes.

Hope this helps!

Good Luck.

Neil

Thanks had to cut them both off seized solid as they all are and a bugger to get off. After many hours of having a go, I cut them both off they need replacing now including the short pipes at the front by the oil cooler.

Well the tread/nuts was seized on my oil thermostat after I heated up the nuts on it the tread came away with them. So oil thermostat is now useless ,I am told that many people have this same problem when they replace the oil pipes etc, So its not just me it happens to but found a good one secondhand for £85 . Just got to buy new pipes now .
