My headlamps have A.I.

For sum odd reason they now switch between dipped and full beam all by them selves?
When you switch dipped beam on the full beam light comes on the dash, then th elights go from dipped to full beam at ramdom

Its not annoying at all.
Pls help.

Ive fried the light control stalk.
The insides have melted.
I think its probably due to the 100watt bulbs in the headlamps!

Check if the car has relays for both dipped and main beam? Mine doesnt have the relays so I upgraded mine to have a relay and seperate fuse for each circuit. Previously I had also burnt out the switch twice. Since the upgrade all has been well.
