 Post subject: steering wheel change

hi could somebody tell me if a club sports steering wheel & boss from a 90 944 would fit straight onto my 91 964 c2 or would i have to change the boss cheers

I thought the boss was different? Best to check in the parts catalogue.

I think its different as well. Reason I say this is I know a 944 wheel does not fit a 928 and I am pretty sure the 928 wheel had a 911 part number on the boss. I will have a look and see if I can find the bit I cut off to be sure!

Ok, lets try again........................the wheel kit for all oval dash 944 is the same as 968, 964 and 993

911 pre 1989 and 928 are different

Simples.................
