Had my 911 in yesterday for the free healthcheck and they couldn't be more courteous, my 9 year old was treated to waitress service from the finger buffet they supplied and nothing seemed too much trouble, yes I know it was a bit of a PR stunt, but this car has been out of the OPC for over 15 years being serviced by indy's in this time. I explained it was under warranty and could they find any future potential problems, they spent an hour going over the car and only found 4 faults, all minor and will send me price to remedy |

I've always found the OPC's helpful. I was on first name terms with the parts staff at Leeds when I had my '44. Ben ![]() |

Recieved the estimate today for the work required from the healthcheck on saturday, labour at a special ratge of £50 + vat, they did quote £79 to fix the non working horn, took me all of 5 mins to clean up the relay contacts when I got home ! |

Agree Ben in Parts at Sutton unfailingly helpful, and always calls as promised. Can see that 911 will be as spoiled as the 44 Lindsay. Will the famed SCM warranty cover the faults they spotted, or is it simply to much hassle to take it back to Yorks? Adrian |

Adrian OPC quotes to about £600/£700 worth of work, £60 fuel to get to Malton and back and a nice drive, have emailed work required to them and they say no problems they will work around me, wonder if I can get a courtesy car out of them ![]() |

I took my 944 into Sutton Coldfield OPC for a service today and was very impressed. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel very welcome. They were very complimentary about the car and only found a few minor faults during the full inspection. I would have had a Boxster courtesy car too if it hadn't been kept overnight by the previous customer. I was given a C class Merc for the day instead, so really can't complain ![]() 10% discount for being a TIPEC member too! I'll definitely be using them again. David |
