This company in Holland repairs/remakes Porsche ECU's
I bought a re-conditioned cruise control unit on exchange,

Thats not bad as I seem to remember them being over £600 from Porsche new....

I have worked at E.S.ALTERNATORS since 1982.On average 45% of the ecu's received
for testing are not faulty. For the test fee you get a test sheet and suggestions on where
to look for the problem. On repairing the others, uprated components are used and a 1 year
guarantee given.
We have an Electronics and Inspection engineer for in house remanufacture. The workshop
employs Auto electricians and high end test kit for fault finding to wiring and fuel problems.
We do advertise, and being enthusiastic in problem solving find that club forums are a fast
track to information for both parties.
