I ordered some front discs and pads from Design911 online the other day. £168's worth after postage etc.
They arrived yesterday(thursday) and all i can say is WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The packaging was the worst i have ever seen. The discs were just thrown in the box without any protection between them whatsoever. The discs are all scratched and the bells are dented from them banging together during transit. But worse than that, when i opened the very badly taped together box for the pads which had just been chucked in with the discs they had only sent me 3 pads!!!! WTF???!!!!!?????
When i phoned them up to try and rectify the issue it took almost 5 mins before the phone was answered. I was then put on hold for nearly 10 mins. When the chap finally came back to me he told me he couldn't deal with the problem and that someone would call me back!!!
An hour passed and still no call so i lost patience and rang them back. The chap that answered this time had no knowledge of my previous call and didn't have a clue who id spoken to before. After some tooing and frowing he finally agreed to send me a pad the next day. I just hope it arrives as i need to fit the parts ASAP.
Im just simply shocked at the utter crapness of their service to be honest and will never spend another penny at Design911 again
