just seems a specialist can charge what they want these days and be allowed to get away with it, took my previous 944 to local garage for belts & suspension work the job was done well & at a fair price, is it worth paying extortionate sums of money just for that stamp in ths service book, well thats my opinion |

Only worth paying if you feel you are getting the service at a price you are happy with. I know it takes time to find somebody to trust with a car you prize and the bills can be high. Don't go on the advertising and quality of the waiting room. It's the qulaity of the spannerman that counts. |

What happened with the other place? Did you get any joy from them? Glad you found someone you can trust though, but don't tar all Porsche specialists with the same brush. Some of us are profesionals, want to do an excellent job at a good price, and will call people before going ahead with anything. |
