It was good to see you all there yesterday, especially those of you that travelled some distance. It was great that the weather held out for the afternoon, although a wet track would have been entertaining for those of us spectating.

Team Robin's Reliants have also been warned that they could do with losing a few pounds before we meet again to challenge Derek for the trophy! One of Team 7 clearly had the perfect physique, tall and weighed about 5 stone (from what we could see as he sped round the track lapping people). One of our team tried to emulate his racing stance of being completely still apart from the hands, all he got was stomach cramp!

A great day out and many thanks to Derek for organising.

Thanks again to all those who organised the karting and of course to all those who took part

I'm feeling a bit worse for wear today, I think my coccyx is now poking through the skin.
I'll bring a cushion next year
I could have done without the drive to Beaulieu and back today in my spider but i'm sure it will be much better tomorrow after 4 hours in a budget airline seat :(
