Bought because I couldn't afford to run the Transit, which when I chopped against the Herald I actually made a profit on (one of the few!). The Herald was heavy, leaked like a sieve, under powered & rattled like hell. It was out of date when built & didn't get any better. It consumed a massive amount of maintenance & although it never broke down always needed some more. Others are sadly missed, specifically the Fiat 850 Sport Coupe, Ford Granada Ghia X estate & the Alfa 75. All of which I'd have back or another in a heartbeat  None that you needed to be brave to drive though! |

I can't remember all the reg' numbers but, 1977 Mk 1 Cavalier. 1975 Suzuki GT 500. 1981 Mk 2 Escort RS 2000. 1983 MK 3 Escort. 1982 Opel Manta GTE Coupe. 1987 Astra. 1995 Mondeo. 1998 Chrysler Voyager. 1998 Astra estate. 2000 Peugeot 206 GTE. 2001 Focus estate. 2004 Peugeot 307 Station wagon. 2005 Peugeot 206 CC. 2006 Peugeot 206 CC. 2006 Peugeot 407. 2002 MG ZR. 1982 Porsche 924. 1983 Porsche 944. 2010 Vauxhall Insignia. One of my sons drives the MG, but it is still registered in my name. The 944 is still here and I only got the Insgnia last month, all the rest have gone. I know there is a bike in there, but I liked it. I forgot the Mondeo and Voyager, now added. The Peugeot 206's were for my wife, the 2 206 CC's saved her life, no thanks to a drunk driver and a low flying Vectra. |

Just counted mine: 2 motorbikes + 8 cars. Of the 8 cars, 3 were Cortinas and 3 I've still got!! Shan't bother listinig them then. I don't swap mine often. |

Old cars that were easy to fix....... Remember my first insurance full comp was 52 quid, and my first major service was 38 quid - thought that was expensive at the time....
