Umm just posted, no Porsche as probably too small a sample but interesting that it is Lexus at the top & Jaguar equal 2nd. With Mercedes & BMW behind.

So how come Alfa Porsche Subaru etc not in the survey??? Good to see Jag up at the top just behind Lexus. How things have changed.

Probably not enough sales.

Suprise entry for the Prius at number 7 considering it's well documented safety recall for the brakes.

I guess customer satisfaction is relative to the model of car. Prius owners are delighted with their's if it hasn't killed them yet.

Is JD just the first year of ownership? That would explain how Fiat hit the industry average with cars that fall apart after two & a half years.
