Not that I'm remotely important I know  but just a curtesy post to say that it looks like I won't be at Santapod. I may be unavailable every Tuesday evening and Saturday morning/lunchtime for the foreseable future so its Sunday and evening events for me from now on I suspect.Of course if anyone is so desperate to see me they can always come to N/London& Herts on a Thursday Regards Mas |

| Should I have registered for this, I said I hoped to make it some time ago and then forgot aobut it to be honest, I don't think I'll try and kill my car but I'd like to come up just to give the car a run and meet a few people.

No need to register - just turn up on the day. I don't know how many are going, but I believe TIPEC has booked 50 places, but you'd need to turn up on time to gurantee a run (by 9am). It won't be on if the track is wet though. I'm not going to thrash my daily driver into the ground either! |

Hi You can just come for the social day , you do not need to run... Having said that its easy to do....arrive by 9 with your licence, sign on, then sometime during the day you just join the queue and run if you wish...or just watch.... You don`t have to push the car if you don`t want to, you just wait for the green light and go, just imagine you were at a normal set of traffic lights and drive like that if you wish, the only difference is you get a time slip afterwards that gives you a quarter mile speed and a time.... Its great fun and a little addictive lol...you will also see every type of car imaginable there...and bike... All the best Brett

Ive been looking forward to this for ages but Im not allowed to drive at the moment as Ive had an operation recently so sadly I cant go!  I hope you get a good day for it and look forward to the next one.
