If anyone gets a NOIP but delayed because of the postal strike, then simply write back something like the following and send it recorded delivery if the NOIP was received more than 14 days after the alleged offence:
I acknowledge receipt of your NOIP dated xxx and advise xxx was driving.
Unfortunately I must advise that the NOIP arrived late on xxx because of the postal strike, and was thus received out of time.
It would be nice to see how that goes with anyone but don't publish what you do here as you may get stick from nutters.
