I urge all you sensible people to sign this petition http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/CostsRecovery/ Our beloved government are changing the rules.... put simply - if you contest a motoring offence in court, and are not found guilty, you will still have to pay costs. The law is due to change the end of the month. |
