I urge all you sensible people to sign this petition

Our beloved government are changing the rules....

put simply - if you contest a motoring offence in court, and are not found guilty, you will still have to pay costs.
The law is due to change the end of the month.

This is pretty much the case in modern law anyhow- from what I've recently learned!! :(
