 Post subject: fifth gear

anyone see fifth gear tonight ? VBH giving a lotus carlton a good workout around the track brought back memories of seeing one of these beasts tearing past me as if i was standing still on the M45 many years ago

Too right, the Carlton was a damn quick car & still is. Also developed more than the Holden/Vauxhall thing.

I learned to drive in me dads carlton. even the bog standard ones were just brilliant tourers.

I must read these posts more carefully. I was wondering who this Carlton chap was giving VBH a good workout. Then i read it again..DOH :oops:
