Post subject:  TIPEC 08 Back to School Party and BBQ
Guys I need to gauge interest for the party on the Saturday night before the show. I don't want to pay deposits before I am comfortable that we can make the minimum number required. Please reply if you think you will be coming along and how many may be in your group.

Regional tables can be arranged.

As the Club is 15 years old the theme is back to school with a BBQ.

The party will be held on the 3rd floor of the Centre which is glazed and terraced over looking the surrounding countryside.

Cost will be £20 for adults, appx £10 Kids.

Accomodation £11 camping on site, Local hotel with secure parking Appx £75 for a double including breakfast.

Transport arranged to and from hotel for a nominal charge to cover costs.

A rough idea of how the function suite looks, the screen divider will not be there on the night.

Cheers guys, the picture doesn't do the room justice, the glazed wall is semi circular and the unobstructed views are spectacular from up there.

Decent bar, dance floor and air conditioned it should be a cracking night.

Hi Sean. You can count on Rachel and myself being there. Not sure as to whether we tent it or hotel it yet though.

I think a few will have that dilema Rob, ruff it or go for comfort.

The camp site should be fun though after the party finishes. :drunken:
