Sorry to bombard with posts not intentional but

Silver Rose low mileage full history BUT shows cat c , £5000 would you even consider it , if examined by a specialist prior to purchase. I suspect opinions will differ on this ?

Hi Mas

Do you have any photos?
Does the wear on the interior match the mileage?
944 models are easily 'written off' by both rear and frontal impacts these days.

I paid 6K for my Rose in April with 84K on the clock.

Cat C shouldn't be a problem, mine is. Not the car that was on Ebay short while ago from Porsche - Apart is it?

Other thing with a Turbo S is can you live with a Pink interior :?

Another member was bidding and bailed out at £5k. It went for £5700 eventually I think. Then it came back onto Ebay couple days later as buyer came to pick it up and didn't want it after all that, something about the missus didn't like the interior
Anyway If it's Porsche-Apart still selling it then as far as I know they're a very well respected company in the Porsche community, most of us have probably bought parts from them at some point, we even get a club discount with them don't we or is that Porscheshop, anyway I'm digressing :?
If serious about this car I'm sure someone can find time to inspect it with you

I'd have a look at the one at JMG if I were you. There about as straight as they come & the car is likly to be with a known history & come with some warrenty. You won't get that from a dismantler. They know there turbos down there!

JMG look like top folk to deal with but CANT live with a white car , your post re the car has told me of their existence though which is clearly worth knowing.

I can honestly say though I have pretty much decided 944 turbo or 968 so to keep my chances wide I'll try and get a good one of either I think.

I think Jon Mitchell (hence JMG if you didn't guess already) has decided to sell is very own Black 968 Club Sport. He was going to convert it to a turbo motor but is looking at a different donor now. Don't know what the price is going to be though as it's his own car!! Probably £14k mark as it's a genuine Club Sport In a good colour with black leather interior from the best source possible.
Give him a ring and have a chat Mas :D
