I am sorry to have to inform you that Keith Strudwick died suddenly at home yesterday.

I had known Keith for a couple of years and he pushed really hard to make Anglia active again. He was a true enthusiast, he loved his 944 and was really proud that a whole bunch of regional members were attending a local show for the first time.

I'm going to miss you mate.

I joined the Anglia region early in 2008, and I have only known Keith since then, but I have to say that I always found him to be friendly, welcoming, and, above all, enthusiastic about the club and Porsches.

It's fair to say that I stopped attending PCGB meetings, and switched to TIPEC, due to the warm welcome I received at the first meeting I attended, with Keith figuring largely.

I don't think anyone will argue when I say that the resurgence in meeting attendance and general club activity in the Anglia region is primarily down to Keith's leadership.

He was a lovely chap, and I'm sure that he will be sorely missed by the Anglia Region members, TIPEC generally, and everyone who was lucky enough to know him.

I was only chatting to him a couple of days ago, out of all the RO/AROs Keith was the one who was most in contact with me each month checking of 'his' members.

He will be missed by all

I only met him at Gaydon 2009.
He was a really nice guy.

Absolutely shocking. Thanks for letting us all know Sean.

Keith’s always been a massive help with the club magazine. He’ll be missed.

R.I.P. mate.

That is shocking news. I met him at the AGMs & then he volunteered to man the stand as a fill in for this years Gaydon which he did very well.
I quie agree will be sorely missed, both as a member & as an RO. RIP Keith somewhere in Porsche heaven.

Sad news indeed. Met him a couple of times and he was obviously a real club enthusiast

Sad loss

We were shocked and upset to hear about the sad news of Keiths death. Both myself and my husband Ian are one of several members who met up monthly with Keith as our R.O. We always found him to be enthusiastic, very friendly and welcoming to everyone he met. It was a pleasure to have known him, albeit for too short a time. R.I.P Keith.

(P.S. Don't know if there was a problem with my previous postings, this is my third attempt, 1st Thursday, then again Friday and now Sunday, so sorry if you have an overload of them and are still dealing with the first, not sure how long it takes to sort out)
