Had planned to get some work done on the beast today. But the
decided to pack up. Woke up this morning with the flat stinking like. Well......... Seal on the waste pipe had gone. So spent most of the day fighting with. Not a good day. Got it all back in but I can's turn the water on as I forgot to buy a new O ring for the water supply. 
But at least the smell has gone.
Guy who fitted it must have been in a big hurry as nothing lines up. Total nightmare 
Only good bit today was the drive to the plumbers merchants.
