my security classed above link as unsecure site, must have known about the intelligence level of those who post on it. Maybe we should have minimum IQ level to check before you can have a driving licence(assuming they have one!) Bit sad when you think about it with our leaders telling us how they have improved education

do you think it would stop driving them even if they didn't reach minimum requirements with the IQ for a driving licence ? |
