On December 1st there was a Dick Lovett Cylinder Club gathering at the new Aston Martin factory in South Wales. As well as the usual cars and coffee aspect of these events the purpose of visiting this interesting venue was to receive a presentation about and an unveiling of the new Aston Martin DBX, their venture into luxury SUV territory. We were also given a brief but informative tour of the impressive manufacturing facilities and while there were various Astons present there were plenty of other rare and interesting cars brought along by visitors. Below are some of the Porsches present on this cool but bright day that was ideal for some open air motoring, although the initially damp roads left those that had come the furthest a little travel-stained.
