Wait till they bolt the supercharger on next week, you can't go adding another 60bhp to an engine with 106k on the clock and do no other engine work, I don't give it too long before it goes bang !

292 bhp out of a standard 2.7, then the head gasket blew, theres something for jim to aim for :wink:

What 292BHP or the blown head gasket? When I've finished some urgent stuff for work :evil: I'll run it through the Excel sheet I've written & see what sort of boost they were running but it should have been OK at that, I'd guess 6-8psi boost. Looks like the miles AND boost were too much for the head gasket.
