Apologies for posting this in the discussion area but I didn't want to duplicate the thread. (Mods please move it if I've messed up.) I'm a little confused over which region covers my location, it would appear that I may fall between Bristol / Wessex / south. Is there a map anywhere that gives a visual indication of regional boundaries? I did look but couldn't find one.

I'm in Yeovil in Somerset.

Thanks in advance.

Regions are allocated based on the venues distance to your postcode. As a member you can attend any regions events or club nights. :)

Thanks.

When you say venue do you mean the location of the regular regional meets?

I wouldn't get too hung up with where you live.
If you don't plan to attend any meets, it doesn't matter where you are.
If you do intend joining in, pick the venue that suits you most. That might be due to journey or the day they meet.
If they are pretty much similar distance, try more than one.

I'm in Somerset, and drive up to the Bristol meets, every first Tuesday of the month, at the plough, Easter Compton junction 17 M5..a very active region, and a very friendly bunch too! :D

Hi Toby,

I do believe we've spoken as I recognise your car and think you have an allotment opposite my house ...

Toby, apologies it's taken me so long to respond. I'm now working in Portsmouth midweek and back to Tintinhull at weekends. I'm hoping to make it to a few club nights once the new job calms down. Are you planning on going to Beaulieu in June?
