We looked at a town house in Maidstone when we were looking for a place down here. The bottom floor was a double garage with a folding wall to a family room and a balcony. I wanted to buy it, SWMBO was concerned about parking the daily drivers in the street. I like his thinking, very cool

I think the man needs an assessment! Thinking of putting a glass section in the wall of our family/media room next to the new garage though

Think I'm on his wavelength  Have just bought a new property in which the 991 will have it's own coach-house. Shame I can't view it from the main bungalow.....maybe CCTV!???

Could be improved on though  while he was at it a little more thought and a bit extra cost ? Glass floor with a lounger and bar beneath would have put the icing on the cake

Agree could be improved I could not see the bar or wine cooler anywhere!! |
