 Post subject: Bournemouth now safe- nudist traffic taliban agree to clothe

Bournemouth Council Parking Services have now dropped their insistence that their terroists need only wear epaulettes when issuing tickets.

In fact they've now totally changed their defence and singled out the hatless terroist I encountered claiming he is well known in the department for always wearing his hat - unlike others they say who need to be reminded!
