Yes, those that know him will be surprised - we all thought he was older as well. But for those that don't know him, you ought to know that our Glorious Leader in the North West is a humble, shy and retiring man who enjoys the simple things in life - like enjoying a small glass of sherry whilst reading his latest copy of Tramway Life.
