Bournemouth Council loonies have not climbed down on their assertion that their staff need wear no trousers when issuing parking fines, provided they are wearing epaulettes and carrying an ID badge. The matter is now in the hands of the highest non court in the land - the Traffic Tribunal. I have of course indicated to the Tribunal the consequences of not agreeing with me! <see earlier post I can't find!> |
