They are referred to as “homo slackarse-erectus” evolved by natural genetic downward evolution through constant spineless posturing and spasmodic upper-limb gestures, which new research has shown to cause shorter legs and an inability to ambulate other than in an awkward shuffling gait. The "drag-crutch" shape also seems to affect brain function. Expect no eye contact or intelligent verbal communication. History shows that this species mostly receives government assistance in lieu of work. Unfortunately, most are highly fertile. |

If only the yoof of today who wear their trousers at half mast knew the origin of this look, it started in American jails where the gays would wear their trousers like this to let other gays know that they were up for it |
