Watched this last night;

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0 ... Episode_2/

Quite entertaining about the annual pilgramage to the Bonnville salt flats in America. A vast array of custom, modified, vintage and often home made, cars and bikes attempt to break land speed records. Well worth a watch.

And then I thought, (and you know where this is going) has anyone taken anything out there that would grab our attention.

Low and behold;

This is a truly amazing 216.6 mph 928, that not only wheel spins at over 200 mph, but manages to keep traction when a gust of wind causes it to spin at 200 mph+. Note at 2mins 30 secs how the wind literally ripples through the fibre glass bonnet.

Exciting! I knew about the BBC programme, but that 928 was awesome!
