a friend of mine bought a bentley gt cabby brand new last year, recently the dealer rang him to say it was due its annual service, its his 4th car so very rarely used, car was serviced and on collection the printer was down so he paid bill and the sevice personel said they would forward the invoice, when it arrived he looked at it and noticed he had been charged £120 for two new wiper blades, so he rang up the dealer, and after a heated discussion spoke to the service manager who explained the wipers were an annual service item, the manager then credited my friend when he explained that the car had never been out in the f**king rain, and that was the language he used

So we should be getting our wiper blades from Bentley dealers rather than from Halfords then.

However the rubber still goes off..
Lack of use would only make it happen quicker..

However I would of thought a 2 year item...

Ummm.. the Jag ones were knackered & Halfords etc. don't list them. So I asked at the next service at the main stealers for them to do it. £6.71 per wiper not bad thought I, but fitting was £18!

I'm sure Swissol / Swissvax do a nice moisturising and revitalising lotion to keep them in tip top condition for longer at £20+ a bottle.....
