With petrol £6 a gallon & still going up somthing has to give. Mrs JJ is calling for the sale of my beloved Porsche
So it's a compromise. Not much fun when it rains but it beats waiting for non-existant trains & it's cheaper too. But I can take it on the train if the weathers really bad.

Theres a tow path all the way to work. Probably end up falling in the canal but. This thing looks well engineered & isn't made in China. The company has ceased trading so there flogging them off on ebay for whatever they can get. Got this for half what they were selling them for :)

Nice Looking set off wheels mate.

I wont go back to taking the car to work anymore. Sitting in traffic jams while the over priceed fuel burns away does not constitue getting enjoyment out of a sports car.

Between the bike and the train I can actually get to work faster at about 1/3 of the cost of the fuel alone, let alone parking.

My Porsche is now purley a toy (and shopping cart:D)

Yes thats it! Theres even a 20 limit on my commute now. It's nuts. Will still use the '44 for Tesco's though.

Last time I had one with an engine I spent 12 months in Hospital. Won't do that again. Damn thing just wouldn't go fast enough.
