Been raining here since March 25 until the Sun came out on Saturday. So took the car out for a warm up spin and a quick pose.
Got to the first set of lights about a mile from home - including myself there was 4 Porsches sitting on the red. Two Boxsters and a 993. In the next 2 miles picked up another 911 and a Maserati. Later I came across a rag top E-type and some old open top MG. Then about 4 Raggie BMW's and two Ferarri's.
Stopped off at Romans for peak - all new exoctic cars - quite a few people looking on the forecourt, then continued on the A 217. Came across another 911 and a couple more boxsters. There were also a few more modern sports cars about.
The whole journey was around 15 miles and at no point was I - more than 3 miles from home! The whole run was around an hour.
Pity I never saw another 944, although there are a couple somewhere locally. I like sunny weekends.. Always a good time to spot a few cars.
Bit surprised at my neighbour who has a garage and a 996. The car has been parked out side all winter.
