Umm I'd love this but can't help that people would think me sad for listening to the CD.

Jim,
I think that maybe the new Boxster is too quiet for you! You have been used to the 944 with the Dansk box!

If you like, you can swap with my 924. That's got a Dansk system. Just let me record it first on my 'phone, so that I can play it back when I need to.

Dave, I believe there is a Dansk system available for the Boxster so I might go that option, but thanks for the offer :evil4:

One of our club members plays a CD just like this whilst driving his Rascal van.

A couple of years ago I bought 'The Porsche Driving Book' from a local charity shop. It's produced by Porsche Cars Great Britain Limited for Porsche drivers and owners. Written in 1998 by Martin Beck-Burridge and John Lyon. Second edition was 1990. It's 238 pages with lots of pictures, and it's very informative, for example it tells you how to drive each car. In the 944S2 I must check the passenger is settled in and that the doors are closed before setting off, and that I must, quote - 'beware of pedestrians' when driving down country lanes. It even shows you how to pack your Porsche luggage in the boot of the 944... if you can afford Porsche luggage that is! So as well as being very informative it's also (inadvertently) quite funny.

Anybody else got one?
