A great racer,got as far as his money would take him on this side of the pond,racing against Jenson Button,Mark Webber and many other famous names,then went over to America and made his name ,winning the Indy car championship along with the Indy 500 and winning that race again earlier this year.Obviously questions will be asked about safety,and I believe there is plenty of room for improvement in that racing series.Now though,Im just very sad!

totally agree with you..... we had to lose the brilliant ayrton senna and roland ratzenberger in one weekend,oh and almost rubens too before anything was done....no fatalities since...good old sid watkins!! |

yep the Indy Car scene definitely needs to be reviewed. a true sad loss, Dan Wheldon, RIP. |
