I am sick of this weather, all I have done is drive round in a Porsche 911 for no apparent reason down allsorts of twisty and interesting roads, when is this sunshiny thing going to stop and give me a chance to get some other stuff done? I dont know how many more boring tankfulls of optimax I can burn around the dorset countryside I really dont. The dog is biting me when I get in, the kids dont recognise me I have done no cooking or cleaning for days, tomatoes are withering in the greenhouse and to cap it all I only have 3k miles per year on the insurance so i may have to add another 2 onto that !! bloody british weather !! :P

I feel your pain.

On the other hand, this might be the first year I actually get anywhere near my mileage allowance … bloody Scottish weather!

The answer is 10K mileage allowance :D Works for me. (& set it to run on stock unleaded & live with the loss of a whole 5 hp. Saves a few pence per litre.) It's actualy raining here.

That's what I was thinking :) Do I fill up with Optimax before the remap? For a few horses. But it already costs £80 to fill up. Would be more like £100 with Optimax. Doubt it would do enough more MPG to justify it. If the wife found out she'd have me driving a Nissan Micra.
Just got a load of grief for getting Band of Brothers DVD's for just £17 Six DVD's for £17 is not expensive! :blackeye:

I get 6k a year. Managed 3 last year. Bugger! Tony used up 1200 just to Brunters last month and we've still got Gaydon to go. Think I'm doing the Tesco runs for the forseeable future....

Don’t worry Jen, Gaydon’s in next year’s allowance.
