... what everyone thinks about Red Ken losing his London job???

I wonder if the £25 CC will still get the green light?

Loony left or bonkers right, not much of a choice.

It will be interesting to see what Boris comes up with over the next few months.

I think Red Ken took a variety of steps to far, just recently, various financial irregularities, the £25 CC for the top CO2 emitters, extending the CC to Chelsea & Westminster & also the LEZ. Whether he did it under his own barking mad agenda or under a labour remit of "try it on London before we try it on the rest of the UK" I'm not sure.

Perhaps it will give him a little more free time to start a fourth family!

Personally i think its hysterical that Red Ken lost his job....imagine how much London must dislike you or your party to let Boris in.

Not that i care much either way to be honest!

I read a report in I think FT today which said Boris would scrap the £25 charge, along with bendy buses which he especially despises wearing his cyclist's hat!

Clearly Livingstone suffered from massive ill feeling towards Labour. Wahtever your politics I think it's a great hame though that London now has a mayor who doesn't seem to have any particular love of London or Londoners.
