Yep, spotted the mag in Tesco yesterday & bought it because of the Porsche 60 year thing. Only noticed the Spider article after I got home :o

Nice pics, Jason - well done! :salute:

Looks gorgeous. Did the magazine provide a make-up artist?

Cracking shots Jason.

Car Magazine has also published a 60th Special this month with a choice of 4 differnt cover shots. They gave several all time greats to the legendary Derek Bell to play with, including his own GT.

My ugly mug is on page 32 of 911PW this month.

Thats fantastic. Fiat twincam is one of the all time greats! Came very close to buying a Lancia powered by one once. Insurance was the problem at the time. 8)

Designed by Aurelio Lampredi who'd knocked a few engine designs for some other Italian manufacturer.....Ferrari that was it
All steel, very small & fairly light, also first production engine with a rubber cam belt.

Jason I still have a 131 Sport gearbox in my garage which you wanted, the scrappy will get it if you don't!

Car is a fantastic collection of Porsche features this month - I had to write off a lot of today reading it! I chose the blue & white RS cover. My local WHS still had last month's PW so should be in tomorrow.
