Post subject:  Direct Line worried about car insurance claims?

Hi,

I think Direct Line must be worried about car insurance claims from accident damage due to the bad weather. I've received an e-mail and a text message from them telling me only to drive if necessary. If I do drive, I've got to take food, blankets and a shovel. Sensible advice really.

I'm just wondering though if anyone else has received any similar messages from their car insurance companies???

Only thing I got from my insurance was a letter about renewal. The really surprising thing is the premium this year is identical to last year's premium. £118.64! That's the one advantage of being old and driving a 924!
