I remember watching Roy Fiddler in his 240Z on the RAC many years ago

IIRC he ended up crashing through the Wall on the Great Orme and landing on the rocks below

thats right i'd forgotten that. I still have loads of articles and scale models , engine blueprinting & tuning books and stuff somewhere in the attic .I bought my first 240Z at Silverstone circuit and there was a Samuri there at the track. Lovely torquey engines

well if you find one i know where there is a freshly rebuilt race engine going cheap. It was built by a specialist for a 260z I sold him but the car needed too much welding and panels in the end so its still under the bench  .

If you keep it long enough could be worth a lot of money one day. Or it will make a spanking coffee table. :)

At a car show last year we saw a Ferrari 250 GTO or so we thought.Talking to the owner he told us it was a kit based on a 260Z.He lifted the bonnet to reveal the Nissan motor instead of the Ferrari one.Interestingly the reg was 250 GTO which he had just agreed to sell to a certain radio presenter with a liking for Ferraris! :)
