The people in the blue car had a 5 gallon tin of paint on the back seat when they had the accident

The attending ambulance man treated the sad looking driver, who was apparently overcome with emulsion

:D Happened to me once, 25l of paint in the boot of my brand new Vauxhall Cavalier!

Luckily for me it was a saloon!

Paul, this looks like a low speed shunt and demonstrates forces involved on unrestrained objects (and passengers)

Together with a couple of fellow members from TIPEC NW, we're thinking of building a 944 track car.... the most important elements of which will be a decent shell, strong cage, appropriate seats and harnesses!

Years ago when I used to buy, sell & repair cars we were offered a Golf which had a tin of emulsion explode inside. We worked out that we could replace the trim & clean it up but the smell would be there forever so passed on it.

That dashboard seems a bit patchy and looks like it will need a second coat... :)

Years ago one of my first summer jobs was labouring in a builders yard. Dropped a 10tlr tub of white paint in the footwell of the boss's brand new Toyota Hi-Lux. For some reason I wasn't fired and worked for them every summer until I finished collage, the smell was still noticeable after 5 years.
